How to Redeem?
When you purchase a selected Coffee Assortment from these coffee moments in any Nespresso Hong Kong Boutique or through Nespresso Online Boutique, Nespresso Customer Service Hotline and Road Shows, you can earn a coffee stamp.
In addition, whenever you return a bag of 30 or more used capsules to any Nespresso Hong Kong Boutique or delivery team, you can earn a recycling stamp.
Redeem your first gift in any Nespresso Hong Kong Boutique when you have collected 3 coffee stamps and 3 recycling stamps.
Redeem your second gift in any Nespresso Hong Kong Boutique once your Nespresso Pass has accumulated a total of 5 coffee stamps and 5 recycling stamps.

How and where can I receive the Nespresso Pass?
The Nespresso Pass can be registered through the Nespresso Pass page here. Your Nespresso coffee journey will start after the registration. Please make sure that you have your membership number and registered email ready. To check your membership number, you can login your account online, seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).
What if I forgot my Club Member ID, what should I do?
You may log into your account on our website. When you check your personal information, you will see the “Membership number” on the left panel. Alternatively, you can seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).
I did not know I had to register on the Nespresso Pass platform but I have fulfilled all criteria for stamp redemption. Can I still redeem stamps?
This is unfortunately not possible and it is necessary for Club Members to register on the Nespresso Pass platform before redeeming any coffee and/or recycling stamps. You may register your account here.
I called your Nespresso Customer Service Hotline to check my stamp record and realized that my latest stamp is not recorded in my profile. Why?
Coffee and recycling stamps will appear on your Nespresso Pass within 7 working days after redemption date. Thus, please allow maximum 7 working days for the platform to reflect all updated information and for our Coffee Specialists to be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
I am a new Nespresso Club Member and I cannot register for Nespresso Pass. Why?
Please register for Nespresso Pass after 7 working days upon membership activation. Your purchase during this period will be recorded. Coffee and recycling stamps collected during this period will appear after 7 working days upon Nespresso Pass registration.
Is there a digital version of the Nespresso Pass?
Yes, for the first time this year we are very happy to introduce a new digital version of the Nespresso Pass.
Can I redeem stamps with purchases made online, via the Customer Relationship Center or Road Shows?
The redemption of coffee and recycling stamps is now extended to all our sales channels. You may now redeem stamps at Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso Pop-Up Boutique, Nespresso Online Boutique (www.nespresso.com and mobile applications), Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846) and selected Nespresso Road Shows.

What is the minimum purchase requirement to redeem a coffee stamp?
You can redeem a coffee stamp with purchase of any coffee assortment under the five coffee moments stated on the Nespresso Pass. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletters to be notified when it is time to collect a new stamp. Can I use a Cash Voucher to purchase coffee and redeem a stamp for my Nespresso Pass?
Cash Voucher conditions may vary. Please verify the terms and conditions of the voucher and seek the help of our Coffee Specialists in our Boutiques or via our Nespresso Customer Service Hotline (Hong Kong: 8101 1007, Macau 0800 846).
I am not always home when my coffee order is delivered. If someone else retrieve the order, can I still redeem coffee and/or recycling stamp during my absence?
Once you order coffee and/or request pick-up of used capsules with your Club Member account, the records will be stored in our system. The coffee and/or recycling stamp will appear on your Nespresso Pass if the coffee order/pick-up of used capsule is eligible for the stamp(s).
Can I use several Nespresso Pass profiles?
The Nespresso Pass is linked with your Club Member number and each Club Member is entitled to redeem the Nespresso Pass stamps and gifts once only.
I handed my used capsules to the delivery person but they did not register this in their system and I lost one redeemed stamp. How can I get it back?

Can I redeem more than one coffee stamp as part of the same “coffee moment”?
Only one stamp may be redeemed as part of the same coffee moment.
Can I redeem a gift if I have collected all coffee stamps and no recycling stamps / or the other way around?
The first gift may be redeemed with 3 coffee stamps and 3 recycling stamps. The second gift may be redeemed with 5 coffee stamps and 5 recycling stamps. No gift can be redeemed with only coffee or recycling stamps.
Can I redeem more than one recycling stamp during the same visit to Boutique or when giving my used capsules back to the delivery person if I return more than one bag of used capsules?
Each bag of 30 or more used capsules may redeem a recycling stamp. If two bags of used capsules are returned (60 used capsules in total), two recycling stamps may be redeemed at the same time. If you are handing used capsules back to the delivery person, please confirm the number of bags of used capsules to the delivery person. For example, if you are returning the equivalent of 2x bags of used capsules, please make sure to mention this to the delivery person when you hand them your used capsules.
Is there a way to redeem the second gift if I started collecting stamps later in the year or if I missed one of the campaigns?
The second gift can only be redeemed with 5 coffee stamps and 5 recycling stamps. Please stay tuned for our upcoming coffee moments and make sure you subscribe to our newsletters in order not to miss out on any stamps.
What are the first and second gift respectively?
The gifts are a surprise for our Club Members. Every year we look for new gifts to continually surprise and to thank our Club Members for their support. Stay tuned for new surprises in 2020!
Why the gift that I received was different from other Club Members?
Our gifts are available while stocks last. To ensure we can respond to all our Club Members’ feedback, some gifts may be switched from time to time.
Until when can I redeem my gift?
Nespresso Pass 2020 gifts may be redeemed until 3 January 2021.
Can I change my gift if I am not satisfied with it?
Gifts may not be exchanged unless the product is already damaged before given to Club Members.
