Nespresso Pass 2020 - Terms & Conditions apply

1. Nespresso Pass is now open for registration here. Nespresso Club Membership is required for Nespresso Pass registration. Each Club Member can register once only.
2. New Nespresso Club members can register for Nespresso Pass after 7 working days upon membership activation.
3. Nespresso Club Members must register on the Nespresso Pass platform prior to collect and/or redeem coffee and/or recycling stamps. No such stamps can be collected and/or redeemed without a registered profile. Register your profile here. If a Club Member has purchased the appropriate Coffee Assortment but has not registered on the Nespresso Pass platform prior to this purchase, a coffee stamp cannot be collected; the same principle applies for Recycling stamp redemption without prior Nespresso Pass registration on the platform.
4. Only 1 coffee stamp will be issued for each designated Coffee Assortment purchased connected to the Nespresso Pass Programme. We have a total of five coffee moments in 2020 and stamps may be redeemed at any Nespresso Hong Kong Boutique as well as through our Nespresso Online Boutique and Nespresso Customer Service Hotline.
5. Only 1 recycling stamp will be issued for each returning bag of over 30 used capsules at our Hong Kong Boutiques. Alternatively, bags of over 30 used capsules may also be given to your delivery person when they deliver your next order by informing either the delivery person or our Coffee Specialist of the Nespresso Pass registered Club Member ID.
6. Nespresso Club Members must collect 3 coffee stamps and 3 recycling stamps to receive the first gift.
7. Nespresso Club Members must collect 5 coffee stamps and 5 recycling stamps to receive the second gift.
8. Coffee and recycling stamps will appear on your Nespresso Pass within 7 working days after the redemption date. Your Nespresso Pass may be accessed here.
9. This offer is linked to your Nespresso Club Member number, and each Club Member is entitled to redeem the Nespresso Pass stamps and gifts only once.
10. The redemption of gifts is valid until 3 January 2021 or while stock lasts; no return or exchanges will be accepted except for defective product reasons. The return or exchange of defective product need to be within 7 days from goods receipt.
11. The promotions are not redeemable for cash, other products, or changes and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Nespresso.
12. In case of any disputes, Nespresso, a division of Nestlé Hong Kong Ltd., reserves the final right of decision and interpretation.
