The machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, and repaired (if necessary) by our trained technicians.

Machines are meticulously cleaned and descaled before being tested to ensure the optimal coffee extraction.
Step 4
Finally, when the machines are ready, they are repackaged being one step closer to enjoying another life.

A RELOVE machine is a Nespresso machine that has been returned to Nespresso, or it incurred minor damage through external or internal handling, and it has been given another life. After being returned to Nespresso, the machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, repaired*, cleaned, tested and repackaged, preventively maintained*, by our trained technicians, thus becoming a RELOVE machine. They are all Nespresso quality-assured coming with a Nespresso warranty, as proof of our trust. If the machine cannot be refurbished, we will ensure it is disposed of to be recycled in line with local regulations and practices by a third-party. * if necessary

You may return your machine within the first 30 days, exactly the same as any Nespresso machine. Returns are subject to the return policy.
Yes, as with all new Nespresso machines, RELOVE machines come with the same 2-year warranty.

Damaged stock (internal and external).
Consumer returns (incl. Bring Back program), postal returns & refusals, out of warranty returns, and subscription returns.
Demo and test machines (used and unused).
Exchanged machines (technical and commercial).
Loan machines.
