These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestle S.A. and Nespresso, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Participants must register or be registered with Nespresso to qualify for the offer.

2. Applicants must have purchased any Nespresso Essenza Mini or Essenza Mini Bundle and registered with Nespresso during the stated promotion period (10.06.2020 and 18.08.2020) to qualify for the offer. The offer consists of 100 complimentary pre-selected Original Line capsules as a first gift, and one month’s free Nespresso Coffee Subscription worth £25/€30 as a second gift when they go on to register and activate a Coffee Subscription by 23:59 on 31.12.2020. The 100 complimentary capsules will be made up of a pre-selected Original Line range chosen by Nespresso which cannot be changed/substituted for any other variants.

3. The stated Nespresso machine must be purchased between the stated dates from one of the associated Nespresso retail partners, or directly from Nespresso or by calling Nespresso on Freephone 0800 442 442 (UK), or 1800 812 660 (ROI), or at www.nespresso.com, or via the Nespresso App, or visiting a Nespresso Boutique where available. Maximum of one offer per machine purchased per Nespresso Member. Any additional machines purchased during the stated promotional period will not qualify for the offer. The qualifying Nespresso Coffee machine must be purchased in the UK, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland. Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation, participants should check their local Nespresso Boutique opening days and times as these may vary. This can be done using www.nespresso.com/uk/en/store-locator. This page is updated regularly with the latest information and news relating to Nespresso Boutiques.

Program description
The benefits of this program are available to both existing and new Nespresso members that can simultaneously purchase 1 (one) Original machine and 1 (one) Vertuo and up to 2 (two) machines of the same technology (Original and/or Vertuo) through My Machine Plan program and receive a discount from Nespresso amounting to the entire value of their machine for their future purchases of coffee products, under the following terms and conditions. The full discount amounting to the value of the machine, will be received once the required number of orders, as indicated in the following table, is reached. Members can order their coffee products using any and all available sales channels of Nespresso Hellas SA, i.e. our customer service call center, the Nespresso Boutiques, our online store, and exclusively at https://www.nespresso.com/gr/my-machine-plan.
 
Machines and discount rates per order
The following table details the machines included in the program, the discount rate per order*, the number of discounted orders, the minimum limit per order, and the program’s term. Note that when a machine of the Original Technology (Essenza Mini, Pixie, Citiz & Milk) is being ordered through My Machine Plan, you are eligible to purchase Original technology capsules only for the discounted order. In the case of a purchase of the Vertuo Technology (Vertuo Next, Vertuo Plus, Vertuo Next Platinum, Vertuo Next Deluxe), only Vertuo technology capsules are eligible for the discounted orders.

* Paper capsules are not included in the Original capsule market.
** In case of purchase of Carafe capsules, the corresponding minimum per order is formed in 71 capsules. In order for the limit to 71 capsules to apply, the minimum order of Carafe capsules is 3 sleeves.
*** Discount is offered per order, under the condition that the customer is ordering at least the minimum number of capsules. Furthermore, the provided discount is not increased, if the number of capsules exceeds the minimum limit per order. If, for example, you participate in the program by purchasing a Pixie machine, and your first order is for 500 capsules, the provided discount will be €15.90.
 
Terms
The program is completed when all the discounted orders have been placed, within the maximum time period. Members are not required to submit their orders at specific intervals, but they need to submit the required number of orders within the above mentioned time period for each machine type, in order to have the entire value of their machine returned.
 
Right of withdrawal
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, as this is described in the sale terms, the amount you have paid for the machine will be returned to you, with the same payment method you used to make your initial purchase, and Nespresso will withhold any amount that has already been returned to you in the form of a discount for coffee orders completed by the date you exercised your right of withdrawal. If the purchase of the machine and the registration to the program, were completed at one of our physical stores, you need to visit the same store in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
 
Termination
Participants are not under any obligation to submit all the required orders, and may refrain from ordering any further coffee products at any given time, without Nespresso seeking the return of any already provided discount. In such a case though, they will forfeit the right to any future orders under this program.
 
Clarifications - Terms

• Each Member with its unique account, can participate in the My Machine Plan program by simultaneously buying one Original machine and one Vertuo machine and up to two machines of the same technology. In order to purchase a second machine of the same technology, the redemption of all the discounts of the first machine should be completed. In order to start benefiting of the My Machine Plan discounts from the purchase of a secondd machine, the order of the machine and the redemption of the first discount needs to be made through a Nespresso Boutique or our call center, by calling at 800 11 71 300 or 210 67 71 300, Monday by Saturday, from 8 in the morning to 10 in the evening.
• Members may also purchase a new Nespresso machine, while already participating in the My Machine Plan program. The discounts offered by the program cannot be used in combination with, and are not cumulative with, other machine promotions.
• Members participating in the My Machine Plan program, cannot benefit (for the same purchase) from any machine discounts offered through the Nespresso & You program.
• My Machine Plan may be combined with coffee promotions, under the terms applying to each such promotion.
• Discounts on coffee products cannot be transferred to other Nespresso members.
• Members may also combine the My Machine Plan program with the repeated ordering service, Easy Order, and therefore take advantage of additional discounts.
• The employees of Nestle Hellas SA and Nespresso Hellas SA are excluded from this offer.
• Purchasing machines as a gift, under My Machine Plan, is not recommended.
