Why we like it: VOLTESSO is a light and sweet Vertuo espresso that you might make your “gold standard.” Brazilian coffee adds a hint of biscuit to the rounded, mild Arabica coffee from the highlands of Colombia.
Origin
Voltesso gets its light, biscuity note from Brazilian coffees, while Colombian Arabicas add a hint of acidity.
Roasting
Colombian coffee is roasted lightly and briefly to retain its acidity, while Brazilian Bourbon is roasted for a longer period of time to reveal its biscuity notes.
