Why we love it: IL CAFFÈ takes you straight to the heart of the classic Italian coffee experience. We achieve this intense combination of smooth, velvety flavor and roasted grain aromas by combining Vietnamese and Indian Robustas with a touch of Colombian Arabica.
Origin
For this blend, we use intense Vietnamese and Indian Robustas, combined with a Colombian Arabica for a touch of acidity.
Roasting
We roast Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an extremely dark degree. Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and long-lasting flavor, Arabicas are lighter - but roasted longer - to retain a touch of acidity.
Our capsules are made from 80% recycled aluminum
This is part of our ongoing journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of material products.
Recycled aluminum requires less energy to produce and provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light and moisture, protecting the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
