Bianco Doppio

Why we love it: It's a coffee made to pair beautifully with milk in double cappuccinos and flat whites. An aromatic blend of lightly roasted Arabicas from Kenya, Colombia and Nicaragua, our signature split roast develops delicious caramel notes and a smooth texture in BIANCO DOPPIO.

Origin

For this 100% Arabica blend, we sourced beans from a variety of origins spanning Kenya, Colombia and Nicaragua.

Roasting

The majority of the coffee goes into a very light first split - including the Kenyan coffee - while the second split is roasted a little more. A very clean and light roast overall.

Our capsules are made from 80% recycled aluminum

This is part of our ongoing journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of material products.

Recycled aluminum requires less energy to produce and provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light and moisture, protecting the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
