These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestle S.A. and Nespresso, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Participants must register or be registered with Nespresso to qualify for the offer.
2. Applicants must have purchased any Nespresso Essenza Mini or Essenza Mini Bundle and registered with Nespresso during the stated promotion period (10.06.2020 and 18.08.2020) to qualify for the offer. The offer consists of 100 complimentary pre-selected Original Line capsules as a first gift, and one month’s free Nespresso Coffee Subscription worth £25/€30 as a second gift when they go on to register and activate a Coffee Subscription by 23:59 on 31.12.2020. The 100 complimentary capsules will be made up of a pre-selected Original Line range chosen by Nespresso which cannot be changed/substituted for any other variants.
3. The stated Nespresso machine must be purchased between the stated dates from one of the associated Nespresso retail partners, or directly from Nespresso or by calling Nespresso on Freephone 0800 442 442 (UK), or 1800 812 660 (ROI), or at www.nespresso.com, or via the Nespresso App, or visiting a Nespresso Boutique where available. Maximum of one offer per machine purchased per Nespresso Member. Any additional machines purchased during the stated promotional period will not qualify for the offer. The qualifying Nespresso Coffee machine must be purchased in the UK, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland. 1. DEFINITIONS
In these terms:
“Products” refers to the products traded by Nespresso.
“Nespresso” refers to “Nespresso HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COFFEE SYSTEMS AND PRODUCTS”, a company registered in Greece (12, Paradeisou street, Maroussi, Attiki, 151 25), with VAT No. 997669880 issued by the Athens Tax Office for Commercial Companies and General Electronic Commercial Registry No. 9507101000.
“Services” refers to the Services provided by Nespresso to its customers.
By submitting an online order, you accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) governing all products advertised on our website https://www.Nespresso.com/gr/el/home (hereinafter, the “Website”).
By placing an order online, by telephone (see below para. 2.1.a, 2.1.b, 2.1.c,– distance contracts) as well as off-premises through our partners you accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") that will apply to all products advertised on our website https://www. It is also recommended that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to place any orders on our website.
By placing an order on our website, you declare and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are over the age of 18.
Any order you place is considered only an offer and is only binding for us once we accept it. When your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email will also include the payment date and the amount due.

* Products such as coffee machines, accessories and food purchased from the Nespresso Hellas S.A. store in Designer Outlet Athens can only be returned to this particular store. (Such exception applies due to the special nature of the boutique store in Designer Outlet Athens. This boutique store does not offer all Nespresso products, and also holds special offers that cannot be found in other stores.)
The above limitation does not apply to coffee products, that can be returned to any Nespresso Hellas S.A. sales channel.

2.3. Any orders placed through other means, and not in retail stores, are subject to a minimum quantity of five (5) packages/coffee sleeves and may include any combination of such packages.
2.4. All orders are subject to stock availability. Nespresso will notify you as soon as possible in case of any product shortage.
2.5. In exceptional cases, and specifically for orders amounting to over ten thousand (1,000) capsules, Nespresso reserves the right to decline the order, in whole or in part, or ask for an advance payment, if the creditworthiness of the interested buyer is determined to be insufficient.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
You can purchase products through our website, using one of the following payment methods:
- Cash or Credit/Debit cart upon delivery
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), while submitting your order online
- PayPal
- Google and Apple Pay
4. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
4.1. Nespresso will make any reasonable effort to deliver the ordered Products and Services at the address entered in your within 48 hours for Athens & Thessaloniki and within 2-3 working days for the rest of Greece (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays). Τhe above apply for orders placed until 17:00. Deliveries to the islands that are directly dependent on the available sea travels, and other continental destinations with additional mileage or considered to be remote from city centers by our transport partner, will be made within ten (10) business days.
4.2. If you wish for the Products or Services to be delivered in another way than those provided by Nespresso, you will have to submit your request to Nespresso and, if approved, you will be responsible for any additional expenses.
4.3. The ownership of the Products, as well as the associated risk, is transferred to you from the moment such Products are delivered to you.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCTS - MACHINE LEGAL GUARANTEE
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
5.1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the distance or off-premises sales contract without stating the reasons within 30 days of receipt of the order by informing us by phone at 800 11 71 300 (toll-free number) or 210 67 71 300 or by email at grNespresso.club@Nespresso.com
5.1.2 Process: Upon receiving your request to exercise your right of withdrawal, Nespresso will forward the address you’ll specify to its transport partner (courier), so that they can pick up the product you wish to return, by informing you about the cost of returning the products you will be charged, otherwise you can return the goods you want yourself to the address indicated by Nespresso, assuming the relevant cost . Nespresso will then refund the amount of money you have paid for the purchase (including delivery costs) corresponding to the returned goods, in the same way as it was paid and within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless Nespresso has offered to collect the goods itself, Nespresso may withhold the refund until it receives the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent back the products, whichever comes first.
5.1.3 Return cost: In case of withdrawal, you will be charged the cost of returning the goods (shipping costs). Nespresso is not obliged to reimburse you for additional delivery costs if you have expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Nespresso.
5.1.4 You assume responsibility for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
5.1.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to food and coffee products, as these are products that may deteriorate or expire soon and are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons.
5.2 Legal Guarantee- Return of Faulty Products
5.2.1 Nespresso is obliged to deliver to you the goods with the agreed properties and without real defects, in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
5.2.2 You are responsible for verifying the quantity and the condition of the products upon their delivery. If any products are found to be faulty ή if there is lack of conformity, you must notify Nespresso by calling 8001171300 (toll-free) or 210 6771300 or via email at: grNespresso.club@Nespresso.com.
If Nespresso is responsible for a lack of conformity, you are entitled to (Art. 542 et seq. CC):
- Demand the goods to be brought into conformity (543 CC) by choosing as a means either the repair or replacement of the good, unless replacement would be impossible or, compared to the other remedy, would impose costs on Nespresso that would be disproportionate, taking into account in particular the value the goods, the significance of the lack of conformity and whether the alternative remedy could be provided without significant inconvenience you (see 5.2.3).
- Reduce the price or in case of a material lack of conformity, withdraw from the contract (545 CC), only if:
- Nespresso either lawfully refuses to bring the goods into conformity or declares or it is clear from the circumstances that it will not fully and properly bring the goods into conformity. In particular, Nespresso may refuse to bring the goods into conformity if this is impossible or imposes costs on Nespresso that would be disproportionate, especially in view of the value of the goods and the significance of the lack of conformity.
- Nespresso does not fully and properly bring the goods into conformity.
- The lack of conformity is of such a serious nature as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination of the sales contract.
- The lack of conformity manifests itself within thirty (30) days from the delivery of the goods and you have notified Nespresso of the lack of conformity without undue delay.
- Claim compensation. If at the time the risk passes to you the good does not correspond to the contract through the fault of Nespresso, you are entitled to claim compensation cumulative with the other rights under Article 542 CC for the damage not covered by their exercise or, instead, compensation for non-performance of the contract.
5.2.4 Your rights under the two-year legal guarantee, as specified above, apply.
5.3 Nespresso Coffee Machine Commercial Guarantee
Nespresso coffee machines, in particular, are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, subject to the special terms and conditions provided in the relevant documents accompanying such machines, that you can find inside the packaging of Nespresso machines. For this reason, the receipt of the machine purchase should be kept. 5.4 After-sales support services – After-sales service
If you encounter any issues pertaining to the operation, maintenance, and after-sales service of your Nespresso coffee machine, please contact Nespresso at 800 11 71 300 (toll-free) or 210 67 71 300 (24/7).
6. PRICING - TRANSPORT FEES
6.1 The products sold on our website are available at the indicated price in Euro. At the last stage of the ordering process, and just before you submit your order, you will have the opportunity to review the total cost of your purchase, as well as any delivery fees and/or fees for payment in cash upon delivery and/or discounts you may be entitled to.
6.2. Nespresso may modify the prices of its Products and Services by updating its website.
6.3. Each time, you will be charged with the applicable price for the Products and Services at the time of the order.
6.4. Prices include Value Added Tax, but not delivery fees.
6.5. The minimum order quantity is five (5) packages/coffee sleeves and the delivery fees will not be charged. As an exception, for same-day deliveries, you will be charged with an additional fee of 10,00 Euro.
6.6. The value of the invoices must be paid in cash upon the delivery of the Products, if you have opted to pay in cash upon delivery, or at the time the order is submitted, if you have opted to pay by credit card or Paypal (with the exception of any agreed credit), provided that the order is received.
7. MY COFFEE PLAN SERVICE
7.1 My Coffee Plan service enables you to automatically place and pay orders for capsules and selected Nespresso accessories based on the frequency you choose.
7.2 All orders placed through My Coffee Plan service are automatically governed by these Terms of Sale. In case of inconsistency between these Terms of Sale and the terms governing My Coffee Plan service, the terms governing My Coffee Plan service shall prevail.
7.3 The activation of My Coffee Plan service can be done in the following ways:
- Through our website at the link: https://www.nespresso.com/gr/en/my-coffee-plan
- By calling our call center asking the coffee specialist who will serve you to inform you about the service and if you wish to ask to activate it.
- From Nespresso BTQs where during your visit to any Nespresso BTQ, you can ask to be informed about the service and activate it.
In order to activate My Coffee Plan service from all communication channels, it is necessary to have or create an account with Nespresso in order to be able to track, modify, update and execute your recurring orders as you choose.
If you choose to activate My Coffee Plan service from any of the above channels, you will be asked to accept these terms and you will receive a copy of your order and the terms electronically at the email address you will provide when creating an account.
You can choose to pay for your recurring order via My Coffee Plan service with all payment methods accepted by Nespresso except Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Also excluded is your first order if you activate My Coffee Plan service during your visit to a Nespresso BTQ which can be paid only by credit card and you can then change the payment method of your remaining orders either through your account, or upon request submitted to our call center, or by visiting one of our Boutiques.
In case you choose credit card as a payment method, your credit card details will be kept by Nespresso in encrypted / anonymized form in a secure transaction environment to be used for the billing of the next order that will be made in the context of My Coffee Plan service.
You can modify order details through My Coffee Plan service, at any time from all our communication channels and specifically through your account on our website, by submitting a relevant request to our call center and during your visit to a Boutique. Any modification covers your order if it is submitted at least one day before the date you have set for its execution, otherwise the change will be applied to the next order.
The date set by you as the date of execution of the order is considered as the date of placing your order and its delivery is made in accordance with Nespresso's delivery terms.
7.3 "Your order will be shipped soon" notice
Three (3) days prior to the specified date you have set for the execution of your recurring order, you will receive a written notice (email) informing you of the shipping and delivery date, the details of the product package and the total cost of your recurring order, as well as whether any product is out of stock and unavailable.
7.4 Termination of My Coffee Plan Service
You can terminate the automatic ordering service (My Coffee Plan) at any time by submitting a relevant request to all communication channels and specifically through your account on our website, in our call center or during your visit to a Boutique.
7.5 Changes to your order details by Nespresso
In case there are any changes on the part of Nespresso regarding the terms under which your automatic order is executed, which concern the products, their prices, the terms of sale and delivery, you will be informed by email to the email address you have provided when creating your account and the automatic execution of the order will be interrupted until you agree to the changes of the automatic order.
7.6 My Coffee Plan Promotion
Orders via My Coffee Plan that include 100 capsules or more receive as a gift an extra sleeve (10 capsules) of the member’s choice, subject to the availability of the respective products. The maximum number of free packages that a member can receive as a gift is 10.
Orders via My Coffee Plan that will have their first entry in the program on 1/11/2024, are automatically included in the loyalty plan “Coffee & Gifts”, which includes the following gifts:
- 1st order through My Coffee Plan*: A promotional code worth 5 euros, which can be used in the next (2nd) My Coffee Plan.
- 4th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 14 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 7th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 21 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 10th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 23 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 15th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 25 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
Members who had already an active My Coffee Plan before 1/11/2024, automatically join the above gift stream depending on the number of orders they have already completed.
Gifts are selected at Nespresso Hellas's sole discretion.
With the completion of the first 15 orders the gift program is completed. The privileges have no repeatability element.
It is possible to cancel at any time the participation in My Coffee Plan program and the automatic order service at https://www.nespresso.com/gr/el/myaccount/standing-orders#/orders/list, via any Nespresso Boutique, either by calling at 800 11 71 300 or at 210 67 71 300 Monday by Saturday, from 8 in the morning to 10 in the evening.
If there are any changes on our part regarding the terms under which the automatic order is executed, which relate to the products, their prices, the terms of sale and delivery, there will be a corresponding update and the automatic execution of the order will be paused until members confirm acceptance of the new data, if they wish so.
Users who have created an account with Nespresso as customers who place orders on behalf of hotel units and employees of Nestle Hellas S.A. and Nespresso Hellas S.A. are excluded from beneficiaries of the service.
All orders placed via My Coffee Plan service are automatically governed by the General Nespresso Terms of Sale. In the event of a discrepancy between the Nespresso General Terms of Sale and the terms governing My Coffee Plan service, the terms governing My Coffee Plan service will prevail.
7.7 Combination with other promotions
Promotions, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the relevant promotion, cannot be combined with My Coffee Plan service. The only exception is the Nespresso Plus Program.
Users who have created a Nespresso account as customers placing orders on behalf of hotel units and employees of NESTLE HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. and NESPRESSO HELLAS S.A. are excluded from beneficiaries of the service.
8. NESPRESSO & YOY LOYALTY PROGRAM
8.1. When Nespresso receives your first order, you will automatically become a member of Nespresso.
8.2. Your Nespresso membership ID will be indicated on the first invoice you will receive. For optimal service, please make sure to have this ID available for future orders.
8.3. Your Nespresso membership entitles you to special Services, such as updates on new products and services offered by our company, participation in contests, updates on offers and so on.
8.4. Your Nespresso membership cannot be transferred to any third party.
8.5. It is your responsibility to take all necessary actions to ensure that your contact details in Nespresso are always up to date.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. In respect to our Products and Services, Nespresso’s liability is limited to what is explicitly stated in these terms of sale. To the extent permitted by the law, all other liabilities are excluded.
10. PRIVACY
Upon your registration at Nespresso, you will asked to set up a password. Please make sure not to disclose this password to any third parties, as you will be exclusively responsible in case such password is leaked. You are exclusively responsible for all orders submitted with your email and password combination. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your email address or password, you must notify us immediately.
All personal data and other information of personal nature submitted to the Website are governed by our Privacy Notice. You can find this notice on https://www.Nespresso.com/gr/el/legal, under “Privacy Notice”.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The law requires that certain communications are only performed in writing. You hereby accept that Nespresso may contact you by email or mail, and that such communication falls under the legal definition of written communication.
Our agreements will be governed by the Greek law, and the Greek courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Nespresso may amend these Terms from time to time. It is noted that any amendments to these Terms will not apply to the orders submitted prior to such amendments.

12. MISCELLANEOUS
In case you have activated your Nespresso account, the contracts concluded with Nespresso are archived in your account and you can access them at any time.
In the case of orders placed through the website, these contracts are concluded in Greek.
WITHOUT COMMITMENTS
You can modify or cancel your My Coffee Plan order without any commitment, up to one business day before it is shipped.

2.3. Any orders placed through other means, and not in retail stores, are subject to a minimum quantity of five (5) packages/coffee sleeves and may include any combination of such packages.
2.4. All orders are subject to stock availability. Nespresso will notify you as soon as possible in case of any product shortage.
2.5. In exceptional cases, and specifically for orders amounting to over ten thousand (1,000) capsules, Nespresso reserves the right to decline the order, in whole or in part, or ask for an advance payment, if the creditworthiness of the interested buyer is determined to be insufficient.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
You can purchase products through our website, using one of the following payment methods:
- Cash or Credit/Debit cart upon delivery
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), while submitting your order online
- PayPal
- Google and Apple Pay
4. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
4.1. Nespresso will make any reasonable effort to deliver the ordered Products and Services at the address entered in your within 48 hours for Athens & Thessaloniki and within 2-3 working days for the rest of Greece (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays). Τhe above apply for orders placed until 17:00. Deliveries to the islands that are directly dependent on the available sea travels, and other continental destinations with additional mileage or considered to be remote from city centers by our transport partner, will be made within ten (10) business days.
4.2. If you wish for the Products or Services to be delivered in another way than those provided by Nespresso, you will have to submit your request to Nespresso and, if approved, you will be responsible for any additional expenses.
4.3. The ownership of the Products, as well as the associated risk, is transferred to you from the moment such Products are delivered to you.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCTS - MACHINE LEGAL GUARANTEE
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
5.1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the distance or off-premises sales contract without stating the reasons within 30 days of receipt of the order by informing us by phone at 800 11 71 300 (toll-free number) or 210 67 71 300 or by email at grNespresso.club@Nespresso.com
5.1.2 Process: Upon receiving your request to exercise your right of withdrawal, Nespresso will forward the address you’ll specify to its transport partner (courier), so that they can pick up the product you wish to return, by informing you about the cost of returning the products you will be charged, otherwise you can return the goods you want yourself to the address indicated by Nespresso, assuming the relevant cost . Nespresso will then refund the amount of money you have paid for the purchase (including delivery costs) corresponding to the returned goods, in the same way as it was paid and within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless Nespresso has offered to collect the goods itself, Nespresso may withhold the refund until it receives the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent back the products, whichever comes first.
5.1.3 Return cost: In case of withdrawal, you will be charged the cost of returning the goods (shipping costs). Nespresso is not obliged to reimburse you for additional delivery costs if you have expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Nespresso.
5.1.4 You assume responsibility for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
5.1.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to food and coffee products, as these are products that may deteriorate or expire soon and are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons.
5.2 Legal Guarantee- Return of Faulty Products
5.2.1 Nespresso is obliged to deliver to you the goods with the agreed properties and without real defects, in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
5.2.2 You are responsible for verifying the quantity and the condition of the products upon their delivery. If any products are found to be faulty ή if there is lack of conformity, you must notify Nespresso by calling 8001171300 (toll-free) or 210 6771300 or via email at: grNespresso.club@Nespresso.com.
If Nespresso is responsible for a lack of conformity, you are entitled to (Art. 542 et seq. CC):
- Demand the goods to be brought into conformity (543 CC) by choosing as a means either the repair or replacement of the good, unless replacement would be impossible or, compared to the other remedy, would impose costs on Nespresso that would be disproportionate, taking into account in particular the value the goods, the significance of the lack of conformity and whether the alternative remedy could be provided without significant inconvenience you (see 5.2.3).
- Reduce the price or in case of a material lack of conformity, withdraw from the contract (545 CC), only if:
- Nespresso either lawfully refuses to bring the goods into conformity or declares or it is clear from the circumstances that it will not fully and properly bring the goods into conformity. In particular, Nespresso may refuse to bring the goods into conformity if this is impossible or imposes costs on Nespresso that would be disproportionate, especially in view of the value of the goods and the significance of the lack of conformity.
- Nespresso does not fully and properly bring the goods into conformity.
- The lack of conformity is of such a serious nature as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination of the sales contract.
- The lack of conformity manifests itself within thirty (30) days from the delivery of the goods and you have notified Nespresso of the lack of conformity without undue delay.
- Claim compensation. If at the time the risk passes to you the good does not correspond to the contract through the fault of Nespresso, you are entitled to claim compensation cumulative with the other rights under Article 542 CC for the damage not covered by their exercise or, instead, compensation for non-performance of the contract.
5.2.4 Your rights under the two-year legal guarantee, as specified above, apply.
5.3 Nespresso Coffee Machine Commercial Guarantee
Nespresso coffee machines, in particular, are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, subject to the special terms and conditions provided in the relevant documents accompanying such machines, that you can find inside the packaging of Nespresso machines. For this reason, the receipt of the machine purchase should be kept. 5.4 After-sales support services – After-sales service
If you encounter any issues pertaining to the operation, maintenance, and after-sales service of your Nespresso coffee machine, please contact Nespresso at 800 11 71 300 (toll-free) or 210 67 71 300 (24/7).
6. PRICING - TRANSPORT FEES
6.1 The products sold on our website are available at the indicated price in Euro. At the last stage of the ordering process, and just before you submit your order, you will have the opportunity to review the total cost of your purchase, as well as any delivery fees and/or fees for payment in cash upon delivery and/or discounts you may be entitled to.
6.2. Nespresso may modify the prices of its Products and Services by updating its website.
6.3. Each time, you will be charged with the applicable price for the Products and Services at the time of the order.
6.4. Prices include Value Added Tax, but not delivery fees.
6.5. The minimum order quantity is five (5) packages/coffee sleeves and the delivery fees will not be charged. As an exception, for same-day deliveries, you will be charged with an additional fee of 10,00 Euro.
6.6. The value of the invoices must be paid in cash upon the delivery of the Products, if you have opted to pay in cash upon delivery, or at the time the order is submitted, if you have opted to pay by credit card or Paypal (with the exception of any agreed credit), provided that the order is received.
7. MY COFFEE PLAN SERVICE
7.1 My Coffee Plan service enables you to automatically place and pay orders for capsules and selected Nespresso accessories based on the frequency you choose.
7.2 All orders placed through My Coffee Plan service are automatically governed by these Terms of Sale. In case of inconsistency between these Terms of Sale and the terms governing My Coffee Plan service, the terms governing My Coffee Plan service shall prevail.
7.3 The activation of My Coffee Plan service can be done in the following ways:
- Through our website at the link: https://www.nespresso.com/gr/en/my-coffee-plan
- By calling our call center asking the coffee specialist who will serve you to inform you about the service and if you wish to ask to activate it.
- From Nespresso BTQs where during your visit to any Nespresso BTQ, you can ask to be informed about the service and activate it.
In order to activate My Coffee Plan service from all communication channels, it is necessary to have or create an account with Nespresso in order to be able to track, modify, update and execute your recurring orders as you choose.
If you choose to activate My Coffee Plan service from any of the above channels, you will be asked to accept these terms and you will receive a copy of your order and the terms electronically at the email address you will provide when creating an account.
You can choose to pay for your recurring order via My Coffee Plan service with all payment methods accepted by Nespresso except Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Also excluded is your first order if you activate My Coffee Plan service during your visit to a Nespresso BTQ which can be paid only by credit card and you can then change the payment method of your remaining orders either through your account, or upon request submitted to our call center, or by visiting one of our Boutiques.
In case you choose credit card as a payment method, your credit card details will be kept by Nespresso in encrypted / anonymized form in a secure transaction environment to be used for the billing of the next order that will be made in the context of My Coffee Plan service.
You can modify order details through My Coffee Plan service, at any time from all our communication channels and specifically through your account on our website, by submitting a relevant request to our call center and during your visit to a Boutique. Any modification covers your order if it is submitted at least one day before the date you have set for its execution, otherwise the change will be applied to the next order.
The date set by you as the date of execution of the order is considered as the date of placing your order and its delivery is made in accordance with Nespresso's delivery terms.
7.3 "Your order will be shipped soon" notice
Three (3) days prior to the specified date you have set for the execution of your recurring order, you will receive a written notice (email) informing you of the shipping and delivery date, the details of the product package and the total cost of your recurring order, as well as whether any product is out of stock and unavailable.
7.4 Termination of My Coffee Plan Service
You can terminate the automatic ordering service (My Coffee Plan) at any time by submitting a relevant request to all communication channels and specifically through your account on our website, in our call center or during your visit to a Boutique.
7.5 Changes to your order details by Nespresso
In case there are any changes on the part of Nespresso regarding the terms under which your automatic order is executed, which concern the products, their prices, the terms of sale and delivery, you will be informed by email to the email address you have provided when creating your account and the automatic execution of the order will be interrupted until you agree to the changes of the automatic order.
7.6 My Coffee Plan Promotion
Orders via My Coffee Plan that include 100 capsules or more receive as a gift an extra sleeve (10 capsules) of the member’s choice, subject to the availability of the respective products. The maximum number of free packages that a member can receive as a gift is 10.
Orders via My Coffee Plan that will have their first entry in the program on 1/11/2024, are automatically included in the loyalty plan “Coffee & Gifts”, which includes the following gifts:
- 1st order through My Coffee Plan*: A promotional code worth 5 euros, which can be used in the next (2nd) My Coffee Plan.
- 4th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 14 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 7th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 21 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 10th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 23 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
- 15th order through My Coffee Plan: A gifted Nespresso accessory worth up to 25 euros. The gift is sent together with My Coffee Plan.
Members who had already an active My Coffee Plan before 1/11/2024, automatically join the above gift stream depending on the number of orders they have already completed.
Gifts are selected at Nespresso Hellas's sole discretion.
With the completion of the first 15 orders the gift program is completed. The privileges have no repeatability element.
It is possible to cancel at any time the participation in My Coffee Plan program and the automatic order service at https://www.nespresso.com/gr/el/myaccount/standing-orders#/orders/list, via any Nespresso Boutique, either by calling at 800 11 71 300 or at 210 67 71 300 Monday by Saturday, from 8 in the morning to 10 in the evening.
If there are any changes on our part regarding the terms under which the automatic order is executed, which relate to the products, their prices, the terms of sale and delivery, there will be a corresponding update and the automatic execution of the order will be paused until members confirm acceptance of the new data, if they wish so.
Users who have created an account with Nespresso as customers who place orders on behalf of hotel units and employees of Nestle Hellas S.A. and Nespresso Hellas S.A. are excluded from beneficiaries of the service.
All orders placed via My Coffee Plan service are automatically governed by the General Nespresso Terms of Sale. In the event of a discrepancy between the Nespresso General Terms of Sale and the terms governing My Coffee Plan service, the terms governing My Coffee Plan service will prevail.
7.7 Combination with other promotions
Promotions, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the relevant promotion, cannot be combined with My Coffee Plan service. The only exception is the Nespresso Plus Program.
Users who have created a Nespresso account as customers placing orders on behalf of hotel units and employees of NESTLE HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. and NESPRESSO HELLAS S.A. are excluded from beneficiaries of the service.
8. NESPRESSO & YOY LOYALTY PROGRAM
8.1. When Nespresso receives your first order, you will automatically become a member of Nespresso.
8.2. Your Nespresso membership ID will be indicated on the first invoice you will receive. For optimal service, please make sure to have this ID available for future orders.
8.3. Your Nespresso membership entitles you to special Services, such as updates on new products and services offered by our company, participation in contests, updates on offers and so on.
8.4. Your Nespresso membership cannot be transferred to any third party.
8.5. It is your responsibility to take all necessary actions to ensure that your contact details in Nespresso are always up to date.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. In respect to our Products and Services, Nespresso’s liability is limited to what is explicitly stated in these terms of sale. To the extent permitted by the law, all other liabilities are excluded.
10. PRIVACY
Upon your registration at Nespresso, you will asked to set up a password. Please make sure not to disclose this password to any third parties, as you will be exclusively responsible in case such password is leaked. You are exclusively responsible for all orders submitted with your email and password combination. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your email address or password, you must notify us immediately.
All personal data and other information of personal nature submitted to the Website are governed by our Privacy Notice. You can find this notice on https://www.Nespresso.com/gr/el/legal, under “Privacy Notice”.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The law requires that certain communications are only performed in writing. You hereby accept that Nespresso may contact you by email or mail, and that such communication falls under the legal definition of written communication.
Our agreements will be governed by the Greek law, and the Greek courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Nespresso may amend these Terms from time to time. It is noted that any amendments to these Terms will not apply to the orders submitted prior to such amendments.

12. MISCELLANEOUS
In case you have activated your Nespresso account, the contracts concluded with Nespresso are archived in your account and you can access them at any time.
In the case of orders placed through the website, these contracts are concluded in Greek.
