A consistently great cup of Coffee.

We absolutely love this machine and the consistently great cups of coffee it produces. We had our original machine for just over a year when the water carafe begin to leak at the seal. Nespresso exchanged it for a new machine at no cost to us, and our new machine has been problem free for three years now. The chrome unit looks like a proper Italian Coffee machine in our kitchen and upgraded our Coffee Station.

Beautiful quality built coffee machine

This machine is so elegant and simple looking that it will fit into any kitchen. It feels very sturdy and I hope it will last me a long time. Machine is also super fast to heat up, less than 15 seconds, and your coffee will be ready to brew. Makes delicious quality creamy cup of coffee every single time. I got this machine on sale when it was 40 % off so even better :) I love versatility of it, it can make 5 different cup sizes of coffee depending on your preference. If you are thinking of getting a Nespresso machine, this one checks all the boxes for me personally:)

Amazing, lasted almost 8 years

I got the Vertuo Black Round Head machine as a wedding gift in Nov 2014. I used it weekly initially (had a coffee machine at work), but after I had my daughter in 2017 and was home more, I have used it at least once a day (often twice) for the last 5 years. It has held up extremely well! It is only within the last few weeks my machine sounds like a 747 airplane taking off when I use it, but it still makes me a cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

Great machine, great customer service!

I just had to contact customer service for the first time since owning my Nespresso machine (over 5 years) The individual I spoke with was patient and extremely helpful. I was getting a blinking light that I could not fix. Not only did he walk me through the process to descale and clean my machine but it's working great again. Thanks Nespresso!

Fantastic coffee machine 3 years strong

I bought this machine around 3 years ago and it is still going strong! The coffees are easy to make and are flavorful. The machine is easy to keep clean and the pod bin makes it easy to pour into the recycling bags. The water reservoir is big enough for all the morning coffees I brew, and it is easy to fill from the tap. Thank you for such a quality machine which is working so well.
