Ispirazione Roma

Roma is a Robusta and Arabica blend, with most of its beans coming from Brazil and Mexico. We gave Roma a subtle light roast. It balances the intensity and deep flavor of the coffee with that hint of acidity that gives Roma its elegance. A fine grind preserves the coffees’ aromatic finesse. It helps keep Roma strong yet mild. In your cup, it ends as an elegant balance between roasting strength, deep woody and cereal notes and fine acidity.

Add milk froth to Roma to make a Cappuccino and you’ll see how it brings out the sweetness and gives it a creamy, caramel taste without losing any charm. Unlike some other plant-based milks, oat milk generally has a neutral taste and little bitterness. This helps preserve the delicate aromas of the coffee without masking them. Arondio has sweet notes of cereals, and oat milk will enhance them. The notes of cereals and hazelnuts blend beautifully and create a complex and satisfying aromatic profile.
