The Nespresso Gift Card can be purchased online at Nespresso.com, in Nespresso Boutiques or by contacting the Nespresso Club by phone: 1-855-325-5781.

The purchaser selects the amount to put on the Nespresso Gift Card when purchasing it, between 50$CAD and 250$CAD with increments of 50$CAD.

The amount you choose to offer with the Nespresso Gift Card is the amount you will pay for it. It is also the exact amount the card's recipient will be able to use at Nespresso thanks to the card.

The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for your orders online at www.Nespresso.com (not available at the moment), in Nespresso Boutiques and when ordering over the phone at 1-855-325-5781.
Each purchase of Nespresso Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of 250$CAD.
The Nespresso Card may not be used to purchase food or drinks at our Boutique Bar locations.
The Nespresso Gift Card will not be accepted at Nespresso partners.

In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Boutique Specialist before performing your payment.
When ordering by phone or online, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and its secret code.

You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order's amount. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

Yes. As long as your Nespresso Gift Card's balance is positive, you can use it.

Yes, you can pay for one order with several Nespresso Gift Cards.

Yes, you can use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any product available in our Nespresso Boutiques, online or over the telephone.

The Nespresso Gift Card is not reloadable.
It is not a credit or debit card.

The Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account. Unused Gift Card cannot be transferred to another account.

You can check the balance of your Nespresso Gift Card by using the dedicated section at the top of this page.

The Nespresso Gift Card doesn't have an expiry date.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order. However, you have 14 days (from the date of delivery of your order) to return your order paid with a Nespresso Gift Card. You will be fully refunded, including delivery charges. The corresponding amount will be credited on the Nespresso Gift Card.

The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
