Origin
A smooth, base blend made of with semi-washed arabicas from Brazil and fully-washed arabicas from Colombia.
Roasting
The first split is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while on the second split, the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.
