The rich biodiversity as weel as cold, wet ocean winds, create a cooler climate on the Galapagos Islands than is normal on the Equator. This fact, together with volcanic soils, create a special coffee-growing conditions. Inspired by this land, our experts bring you an espresso with roasted, and sweet cereal and biscuit notes. Round, with some cacao-like bitterness and full body, this is a must for every coffee lover.

THE STORY OF
GALAPAGOS SANTA CRUZ

Our coffee comes from 6 farms on the island of Santa Cruz, located on very gentle slopes. Coffee is picked by hand and processed by the Wet Process and dried in mechanical dryers.

100% Arabica from Galapagos Santa Cruz
ROASTING
A Medium roasted coffee usind a split roasting method: The first split has a medium roasting time and medium roasted colour to keep and enhance the fruity aromas. The second split is medium to dark roasted at medium roasting time to reinforce the body and overall structure of this coffee.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Roasted, and sweet cereal and biscuit notes. Round, with some cacao-like bitterness and a full body.
