Spiced Piccolo

The Piccolo takes the pure form of an Espresso and adds an equal portion of hot frothed milk to provide a beautiful velvety consistency with a strong aroma and body.

PREPARATION OF SPICED PICCOLO

  1. 1. Combine raw cacao, raw sugar and clove powder in the bottom of a VIEW Lungo cup.
  2. 2. Extract Master Origin Indonesia as an espresso and stir until the dry ingredients dissolve.
  3. 3. Pour frothed milk half way up the cup.
  4. 4. Dust the top with ground cinnamon.
  5. 5. Add a cinnamon stick for stirring and savour.

INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 capsule of Master Origin Indonesia
  • - ½ tsp raw cacao powder
  • - 1 sachet of raw sugar
  • - A small pinch of ground cloves
  • - A small pinch of ground cinnamon
  • - ¼ cup of hot frothed milk, for a piccolo latte
  • - 1 cinnamon stick
