BOLD AND LIVELY
An audacious blend of fine Arabicas from Nicaragua and Ethiopia, Odacio is a full-bodied coffee with cereal notes accented by a slight East African fruitiness. Adding milk softens the flavour, bringing dairy, sweet notes.
Fusing the flavors of two different continents, this blend of fine Arabica beans from Central America and East Africa serve up contrasting, yet complementary tastes in Odacio.
Odacio boasts character thanks to the split-roasting of the beans’ origins ; long-roasted Nicaraguan coffee beans bring structure and body to Odacio, while the light roasted Ethiopian Arabica reveal more delicate notes.
The full body of Odacio is obtained thanks to a long prewetting and high temperature, while the intermediate flow ensures the expression of delicate East African beans.
In 2003, we sealed our commitment on sustainability and quality. Today, we celebrate our long-term partnership with the Rainforest Alliance, through the AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program. We source more than 80% of our coffee from AAA farms and over 40% of all our coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms
