Preparation
- Prepare the coffee and pour it into the shaker
- Add some ice cubes and a drip of vanilla extract, shake it! Prepare the meringue, stir the egg white with the sugar until the mixture is firm and stands in peaks
- Pour whats inside of the shaker in the cup and add your meringue on top
- Decorate with some mango and passionfruit.
