Lemonade Iced Coffee

Espresso meets bubbles and sweet zest in the colours of an Indian summer. The Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru is a treat for the tastebuds and the eyes, with the sparkling magic of grapefruit giving it an extra kick.

Preparation

  • Use a recipe glass
  • Place 2 spoons of crushed ice into the glass and pour the grapefruit syrup on top
  • Pour the lemonade on the ice
  • Shake the Rosabaya de Colombia with ice in a shaker
  • Pour the cold Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru on the lemonade with a spoon, be carefull not to mix the different layers
  • Use the slice of grapefruit to decorate the glass.
