Preparation
- Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother, add the fresh mint leaf, and set aside
- Prepare an Espresso of your chosen Grand Cru in a glass and carefully add the ice cream scoop
- Top it with the mint flavoured milk froth to finish
- Serve immediately.
