Who says lollypops are for kids? Revive your inner child with this sensual chocolate gourmet lollypop and its aromatic coffee kick.

Preparation

  • Pour the boiling cream on the chocolate (cut in pieces), and whisk delicately to melt the chocolate
  • Add the butter and the coffee at the same time
  • Make balls as big as a spoon, and add the sticks
  • Melt the white chocolate and put the chocolate tips in a little bowl.
  • Roll the lollypop in the white chocolate and in the chocolate chip bowl
  • Let it cool down in the fridge during 3hrs
  • Prepare the Arpeggio in espresso  (40 ml) 
  • Serve it with the lollypop!

  • 2 capsules of Grand Cru Arpeggio
  • 130 g of chocolate
  • 125 g cream
  • 25 g soft butter
  • 1 white chocolate bar
  • 2 teaspoons of chocolate chips
  • 20 sticks (15cm sticks)
