In June 2024, we proudly launched our partnership with Change Please, a social enterprise founded in London that aims to end homelessness through the power of great tasting coffee.
Nespresso has committed to giving a minimum of £1 million to Change Please, which is being used to progress their mission of helping individuals experiencing homelessness through barista training, a living wage job, mental health support and onward employment opportunities.

Six months into our partnership with Change Please we’re proud to report the incredible impact we’ve had so far in supporting their mission to help individuals experiencing homelessness.
BREWING CHANGE TOGETHER
Designed for both hot and cold recipes, the Nespresso for Change Please coffee mugs
feature age-old symbols used by homeless communities to connect and communicate messages about
employment and support. The symbols come together to create the Change Please logo, representing the
continued importance of social enterprise. By choosing this mug, you're contributing to a meaningful
cause, supporting individuals with a second shot at life.

Why have Nespresso chosen to support Change Please?
Homelessness is a significant societal problem in the UK. It is
estimated that more than 300,000 people are currently experiencing homelessness, and these
figures are likely to be even higher as many people are missed from records due to being out
of sight.
Nespresso is passionate about supporting communities in the markets in
which it operates and has chosen to partner with Change Please for its important work in
using coffee as a force for good.
How are Nespresso helping Change Please?
In addition to the £1 million donation, Nespresso will support by sharing information around this topic and giving opportunities for customers and colleagues to get involved through volunteering and direct donations.
How will the £1 million donation be used by Change Please?
Nespresso has committed to giving a minimum of £1 million to Change Please, which will be used to progress their mission of helping individuals experiencing homelessness through barista training, a living wage job, mental health support and onward employment opportunities.
How long will the campaign run for?
At Nespresso, we want to provide long term support to enable Change Please to continue to do brilliant work within many communities. Considering this, we haven’t put an end date on this partnership – we will work with Change Please for as long as they’ll allow us to.
What proportion of the accessories will be donated to Change Please?
In addition to the £1 million partnership donation, Nespresso will give an additional 10% of the profits made from sales of all limited-edition Vertuo mug and Vertuo Gran Lungo mug to the Change Please Foundation.
