Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Arrange for your recycling bag to be collected when placing your next coffee order by placing the free collection in your basket in the quick order section. Your Nespresso recycling bag will be collected by our courier from your doorstep (clearly visible) within the two to three working day timeframe specified for Standard Delivery.
Please note that our Recycling Scheme is not a "Swap It" service and therefore collection of your used capsules may take place separately to delivery of your order. However, please be assured that all collections are completed by vans already in your area to ensure the effect to the carbon footprint is kept to a minimum.
