How to make !
- Prepare the Lungo coffee (110ml) into a cup and leave to cool
- Freeze the coffee in a ballshaped ice cube mould
- Pour the bird’s nest in a lungo glass cup
- Add the frozen coffee ball to the bird’s nest
- Garnish with the crumbled peanut cookie
