Into Nespresso Reveal Recipe Glass, place 5 ice cubes (of 30g each), and add 10g of sugar cane syrup.
Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 120ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Reveal Recipe Glass, over the ice and syrup, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
Extract 80ml of Pumpkin Spice Cake directly over ice into the glass. (Double tap on your Vertuo Pop, Vertuo Lattissima or Vertua Creatista Machine) Or extract separately and pour over the ice.
Dust a pinch of all spice over the recipe. (Use cinnamon if no all spice is available)
