Let's make it!

  • Whip the Cream: Whip 500 ml cream until soft peaks form. (Optional: Add cooled chai tea for extra flavor.)
  • Heat the Milk: Warm 120 ml milk using Nespresso Aeroccino Device (Remove Spring from Whisk)
  • Brew the Coffee:In a mug, add 10 ml date syrup. Extract 110 ml Cinnamon & Tamarind Coffee (Lungo portion.) Or 80ml if using Vertuo
  • Assemble: Pour hot milk into the mug. Top with 60 g whipped cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
