| Need to send something back to us? No problem. Returns are easy with Nespresso. Please keep your original till slip/or repair slip as no exchange, refund, or repair can be made without proof of purchase/repair. |

| Cancellations | If you decide to cancel your order before receiving the Product(s), you have the right to refuse delivery. We will process your full refund without undue delay, and in any event, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Please note that the availability of goods and services provided by Nespresso is subject to stock levels. In the event that a Product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 30 days at no additional cost to you. |
