RISTRETTO INTENSO
A ristretto is a nod to Italian coffee tradition. Meaning “restricted” in Italian, a Ristretto refers to an espresso pour which is markedly intense due to a reduced amount of water passing through the finely ground coffee. The resulting beverage has a concentrated flavor and rich aroma. Our Ristretto Intenso captures the essence of this Italian tradition. This blend features a majority of Robusta beans - sourced from the renowned origins of India and Uganda - combined with dry-processed arabicas from Brazil.

Split Roast Dark Roasted. Ristretto Intenso is roasted in two splits: One composed exclusively of Robustas and the other combining arabicas and Robustas for a slightly lighter roast that preserves the distinct Robusta notes.
