Pampellop : Pomelo Lemonade Café

Espresso meets bubbles and sweet zest in the colors of an Indian summer. The Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru is a treat for the taste buds and the eyes, with the sparkling magic of grapefruit giving it an extra kick.

Ingredients

  • capsule of Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru
  • 0.7 oz/2 cl of grapefruit syrup
  • 6.8 oz/20 cl lemonade (homemade pressed lemonjuice and ice)
  • slice of grapefruit (decoration)

Materials

  • shaker
  • tall recipe glass (12 oz/350 ml)

Preparation

Use a recipe glass
  • Place 2 spoons of crushed ice into the glass and pour the grapefruit syrup on top
  • Pour the oldfashioned lemonade on the ice
  • Shake the Rosabaya de Colombia with ice in a shaker
  • Pour the cold Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru on the lemonade with a spoon, be careful not to mix the different layers to keep an impressive look! Use the slice of grapefruit to decorate the glass
