Vanilla Almond Croquant Caffè

An Espresso to make you melt with pleasure, with the milky sweetness of vanilla ice cream dotted with almond pieces. A sweet treat for all gourmets!

Ingredients

  • capsule of either Decaffeinato or Livanto or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand Cru
  • scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • Milk
  • Chopped almond croquant

You will need:

  • tall recipe glass (12 oz/350 ml)
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle

Preparation

Insert a capsule in the Nespresso machine and prepare the coffee (1
  • 35 oz/40 ml) into the tall recipe glass
  • Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the coffee
  • Pour the milk in the Aeroccino milk frother and press the button for hot milk froth or use the steampipe
  • Scatter chopped almond croquant over the froth
