Tiramisu Coffee

All the flavor of every gourmet's favorite Italian dessert. "Tiramisu" means "take me to heaven!": a promise of indulgence that this enchanted, chocolaty Espresso is sure to keep.

Ingredients

  • capsule of either Indriya from India or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand Cru
  • scoop of chocolate ice cream
  • Dried "langues de chat" or crushed biscuit
  • Milk
  • Grated chocolate

Materials

  • tall recipe glass (12 oz/350 ml)
  • Maestria machine
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle

Preparation

Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream in the bottom of the glass
  • Place pieces of crushed biscuit on the ice cream, or if you do not have any use crushed biscuit
  • Insert a capsule of either Ristretto, or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand Cru in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (0
