Macchiato

The right balance for this great classic! All the flavor of an exceptional Grand Cru, its aromas blending with the velvety creaminess of milk foam. Precision is the essential ingredient!

Ingredients

  • capsules of either Arpeggio , Volluto or Decaffeinato Grand Cru
  • Sugar
  • 0.7 oz/20 ml of milk
  • Chocolate flakes

You will need:

  • Cappuccino cup (5.75 oz/170 ml)
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle

Preparation

Prepare two Espressos (2 x 1
  • 35 oz/40 ml) in a Cappuccino cup and sweeten to taste
  • Add a dash of hot milk froth prepared using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
  • To give the Macchiato average mildness, the quantity of milk froth added should be about 0
  • 7 oz/20 ml or the equivalent of a halfcup of Espresso
Sprinkle chocolate flakes on the froth and enjoy!
