Sweet Iced Mocha with Cinnamon

Sinfully rich and creamy, with a dash of cinnamon and a splash of maple: a truly original coffee treat.

Ingredients

  • capsule of Arpeggio Grand Cru
  • scoop of cinnamon ice_cream
  • 30 ml / 1 oz of cottage cheese
  • teaspoon of maple syrup
  • Cinnamon powder

Materials

  • small Water Glass (110 ml / 4 oz)
  • blender

Preparation

  • Prepare the Arpeggio Grand Cru in espresso size (40 ml / 15 oz)
  • Pour it into the blender with the scoop of icecream and the cottage cheese
  • Blend for a moment and add the maple syrup
  • Decorate your glass with cinnamon powder around the brime of the glass and pour the mixture into it
