Ingredients

  • capsule of Grand Cru Dulsão do Brasil
  • 5 ml / 0.2 oz of concentrated milk
  • 5 cl / 1.8 oz of mango puree
  • 10 cl / 3.5 oz of pannacotta

Materials

  • Shaker
  • small Water Glass (110 ml / 4 oz)

Preparation

  • Put the concentrated milk in the bottom of the glass; pour the mango puree on it
  • Shake the Dulsao do Brasil with 3 icecubes
  • Pour it gently on the puree
  • Be careful not to mix the layers
  • Put on top some pannacotta
