Chocolate Trilogy Coffee

Cool, composed, confident – a sensationally good chocolate trilogy that will inspire you to make a sequel!

Ingredients

  • capsules of Grand Cru Arpeggio
  • scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 cl / 1.5 oz white chocolate syrup
  • 5 g / 0.2 oz chocolate powder
  • icecubes
  • Cream
  • 100 ml / 3.5 oz milk

Materials

  • Recipe glass
  • Mixer
  • Shaker
  • Glass Recipe

Preparation

  • In the shaker, put the scoop of vanilla icecream, the milk, the syrup, 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder, the icecubes and mix it
  • Pour it into a glass
  • Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 15 oz), shake it with icecubes and add it into the glass
  • Mix the cream with some chocolate powder to create Chantilly
  • Add the chocolate Chantilly on top
  • Decorate with some chocolate chips
