Dulsao Do Brasil and Fruit Sorbet

Fresh frozen tropical fruit gives an exotic flavour to this easy-to-prepare sorbet, providing a light and sweet companion to the coffee.

  • capsules of Grand Cru Dulsao do Brasil
  • For the sorbet
  • 750g of frozen fruit (eg_ mango or pineapple)
  • 50g of icing sugar
  • egg white
  • capsule of Grand Cru Dulsao do Brasil

  • mixer / blender
  • Espresso Cups (6x 80 ml/)

For the sorbet
  • Place the fruit in the mixer/blender with the sugar, egg white and hot coffee, and blend until the mixture is smooth and consistent Use the sorbet immediately or place in the freezer for 2 hours Serve with Dulsao do Brasil
NB: You will find bags of frozen fruit in the freezer section of your supermarket or you can cut your fresh fruit into pieces and freeze it
