Energy Bars and Iced Coffee

Give yourself a taste boost with these delicious health bars while enjoying the refreshing sensation of icy Brazilian coffee.

  • capsules of Grand Cru Dulsao do Brasil
  • 150 g of crushed ice
  • tablespoons of hazelnut syrup
  • 125 g of raw almond
  • 150 g of stoned dates
  • 100 g of dried cranberries
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 25 g of icing sugar

  • For the Energy Bar
  • Preheat the oven to 180°, blend the almonds in the food processor until a powder texture is obtained Add the dates, cranberries and cinnamon, blend until you become a doughy texture Add the 2 cups of Dulsao do Brasil, blend for a few seconds Spread the texture in a rectangular baking or cake tin, lined with grease proof paper Pack it well and dust with icing sugar Cook for 20min in the oven Cut out into bars or small squares
  • For the Iced Coffee
  • Pour the hazelnut syrup into a large glass mixing the crushed ice evenly Pour the cup of Dulsao do Brasil on top Stir well
