Iced Peach Coffee

Peach and aniseed add an audacious note to this recipe. A fresh, well-balanced, delicious drink imbued with the smoothness of the Livanto Grand Cru.

  • capsules of Livanto Grand Cru (to produce 80 ml of Espresso coffee)
  • whole star anise
  • tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of peach syrup
  • 50 ml of peach yoghurt drink
  • to 4 ice cubes
  • tablespoons of milk froth (sweetened with the teaspoon of peach syrup)
  • Almond or hazelnut shavings for decoration

  • Ritual recipe glass (350 ml)

  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle
  • Aeroccino 3 Black
  • Aeroccino +
  • Aeroccino 3 Red
  • Aeroccino 3 White

Prepare your coffee in a large cup
  • Add the star anise to the coffee and allow to infuse for 5 minutes, then remove
  • Pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes and shake vigorously to cool the mixture
  • Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee and shake vigorously again
  • Serve in a cold recipe glass
  • Carefully add the sweetened milk froth
  • Decorate with almond or hazelnut shavings
