This Grand Cru is composed of an exclusive selection of the highest quality beans from Cauca, region situated at the south West of Colombia. This specific Terroir generates very fine Arabicas that are wet processed in order to keep their fineness and reveal their characteristic aromatic notes.
Cauca beans are roasted in two splits, lightly and shortly to preserve the specificities of the green coffee especially its delicate fruity-winey notes and its juicy character.
Cauca Grand Cru is grown in the green, rolling mountainous region of Cauca in Colombia, warmed by the equatorial sunshine. These Arabica beans have been diligently processed to highlight the genuine fruity-winey aromas and juicy taste.
