Accommodation Voucher Redemption Guidelines:

1. This voucher entitles the holder to a one-night stay at Sun & Moon Hotel.

2. The voucher is valid for use from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. It is not applicable for use after the expiration date, on consecutive holidays, and during the Lunar New Year period. However, during these periods, the voucher can be used at the same location for accommodation expenses equivalent to the voucher value. Please refer to the announcements of the Personnel Administration Office/Hotel for information on consecutive holidays and the Lunar New Year period.

3. To use this voucher, please call the reservation department at +886 4 3705 6111 and provide the voucher number for booking procedures.

4. This voucher is a non-transferable negotiable instrument. It cannot be used partially, exchanged for cash, given change, or combined with other promotional offers. Altered vouchers are invalid, and no replacements will be issued for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers. However, if the voucher is damaged or deformed, yet its essential details (voucher number, face value, barcode) remain identifiable, a request for redemption or reissuance can be made, with an additional handling fee of NTD50.

5. A unified invoice has been issued at the time of voucher sale. No additional invoices will be issued upon usage. In case of a refund, please return the original voucher along with the issued invoice to our company, and a 3% handling fee of the total voucher amount will be deducted before the refund is processed.
