Pure Arabicas from East Africa, Central and South America make this coffee a delicate and balanced blend with cereal and lightly toasted notes enhanced by subtle fruity notes.
Cosi was the medium roast until we revamped this classic in 2015. In keeping with evolving consumer tastes, these world-renowned Arabicas from Kenya and Costa Rica now get a light and short roast to truly let this one live into its identity as the endearing one of the originals.
Our coffee roasters give a light roast and a coarse grind for these Latin American and East African coffees, ensuring that all that heart and soul shines through in this espresso coffee capsule.
In the cup you’ll taste that delicate and balanced pairing of fruity flavors on lightly toasted cereal notes. Cosi’s low in bitterness, roastiness and body - it’s all about the classic aromatics and harmonious balance. Mild cereal and lightly toasted notes enhanced by subtle fruity notes.
