What you need

15 gr | Honey |
120 ml | 1.5% Cold Milk |
1 capsule | Sunny Almond Vanilla Over Ice |
Toppings | Slivered almonds, lemon zest and honey |

Small Barista Recipe Glass (350 ml) |

How to make
-
Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and add 10g of honey.

Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 120ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.

Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and honey, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
-
Extract 80ml of Sunny Almond Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.
-
Top it off with slivered Almond pieces, lemon zest and for a little extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey.

170 ml | 1.5% Cold Milk |
½ Tsp | Blue Pea Flower Powder |
1 capsule | Vertuo Tropical Coconut Flavour Over Ice |

How to make

Into a large Barista Recipe Glass, place 6 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 15ml of Almond Syrup and then pour in 70ml of 1.5% cold milk.

Then, into your Nespresso Barista device, pour 100ml of 1.5% cold milk and add 1/2 Tsp of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder. Close the lid, select the “Espresso on Ice Macchiato” recipe and press the start button.

Once ready, pour the blue foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and milk.

Into the glass, extract 80ml of Tropical Coconut Flavour Over Ice using ‘Coffee Creations’ mode on your Vertuo Next or Vertuo Pop (double-click on the coffee button, the color will change to turquoise, and extraction will start).

Add 1 edible fresh pansy flower or Dried Cornflower Petals over it

How to make

Into your Reveal Cold Coffee Glass, place 3 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 15ml of Caramel Syrup.

Extract one capsule of Cold Brew Style Intense over the ice and syrup.

Into a shaker, pour 60ml of cold 35% cream, add a pinch of sea salt and 1 ice cube (30g) and close the lid and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the cream has frothed.

Pour the cream gently over the drink.

As a sweet treat, garnish with caramel fudge on a cocktail stick.

Small Barista Recipe Glass (350ml) | |

How to make
-
Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 3 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 10ml of Caramel Syrup, and then pour in 90ml of Barista Almond Milk.

Cut a small piece of orange zest, rub it between your hands to release the aromas and add it to the glass.

Extract 40ml of Freddo Intenso into a shaker, add 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and shake vigorously for 10 seconds until the espresso is light and frothy.

Pour the shaken espresso into the glass, directly over the other ingredients.

Slap a branch of fresh rosemary to release the aromatics and place it over top of the drink along with another piece or orange zest to capture the essence of vibrant Sicily.
