Iced Pistachio Vanilla Latte

Ingredients

Barista Small Recipe Glasses

1 capsule - 40 ml | Original Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice Espresso

Aeroccino 3

5g | Pistachio paste

5 | Nespresso Ice Cubes

150ml | Oat Barista Plant Based Milk

5g | Pistachios

10g | Marshmallows
How to make

  1. Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, add some pistachio cream. Place 5 ice cubes (of 30m each) at the bottom and add 50ml of Milk. You can also use oat milk instead of cow milk, preferably.
  2. Into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
  3. Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass, over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
  4. Extract 40ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.
  5. Top it off with small marshmallows and sprinkle with some grinded pistachios.

Iced Pistachio Vanilla Latte - Vertuo

Ingredients

Barista Small Recipe Glasses

1 capsule - 80 ml | Vertuo Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice Double Espresso

Aeroccino 3

5g | Pistachio paste

6 | Nespresso Ice Cubes

180ml | Oat Barista Plant Based Milk

5g | Pistachios

10g | Marshmallows
How to make

  1. Into a large Barista Recipe Glass, add pistachio cream at the bottom and on the sides of the glass. Place 6 ice cubes (of 30g each) in the glass and add 80ml of Milk. You can also use oat milk instead of cow milk, preferably.
  2. Into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
  3. Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass, over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
  4. Extract 80ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.
  5. Top it off with small marshmallows and sprinkle with some grinded pistachios.
