Tropical Iced Rio

Ingredients

View Recipe Glass

1 capsule - 40 ml | Rio de Janeiro Espresso

1 unit | Fresh lime slice

2 cubes / 8 gr | Brown sugar

2 gr | gum syrup

4 pieces | Ice Cube

60 ml | Water
How to make

  1. Place 16 fresh lime wedges and 8 g of brown sugar (2 Nespresso brown sugar sticks) into a View Recipe Glass.
  2. Muddle it.
  3. Add 2 g of gum syrup.
  4. Add four 30 g ice cubes and pour in 60 ml of water.
  5. Mix it slowly with a spoon.
  6. Extract 40 ml of World Explorations Rio de Janeiro Espresso over it.
  7. Garnish with a nice slice of fresh lime on the rim of the glass.
