Ingredients

Barista Small Recipe Glasses

1 capsule - 80 ml | Vertuo Active

Aeroccino 3

2 | Ice Cubes

15g | Honey

120ml | 1.5% Cold Milk

Toppings | Lemon zest and honey
How to make

  1. Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and add 10g of honey.
  2. Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 120ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.​
  3. Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and honey, making sure to leave some room at the top.
  4. Extract 80ml of Active into the glass.
  5. Top it off with lemon zest and for some extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey.​
