Ingredients
Small Barista Recipe Glass (350 ml)
Nespresso Barista Milk Frother
World Explorations Lisbon Bica: 1 capsule
Tonic Water: 80 ml
Rosemary Branch: 1 piece
Orange Slice: 1 piece
Vanilla Syrups: 5 ml
Ice Cubes: 5 units (150 g)
How to make
Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, lightly squeeze one orange slice, just enough to release the aromatics, and place it in the glass.
Add 4 ice cubes (of 30g each) and pour 5ml of Vanilla Syrup over the mixture.
Add one rosemary branch and 80ml of tonic water.
Extract 25ml of Lisbon Bica into your Nespresso Barista Device, add 1 ice cube (of 30g), close the lid and select the ‘Iced Nitro’ recipe.
Once ready, gently pour the coffee into the glass, directly over the other ingredients.
