Iced Coconut Vanilla Mint Coffee
Ingredients
Barista Mixology Glasses Small
1 capsule - 40 ml | Original Coconut Vanilla Over Ice
Barista Milk Frother
4 | Nespresso Ice Cubes
1 | Mint Sprig
5ml | Vanilla Syrup
60ml | Coconut Water
How to make
- In a small Barista Mixologist Glass, put 3 Nespresso ice cubes. Add 3 fresh mint leaves and 5ml of Vanilla syrup.
- Pour 60ml of Milk into the glass. You can also use Coconut Water intead of Milk, preferably.
- In a separate cup, extract 40ml of Coconut Vanilla Flavour Over Ice Coffee.
- In a Barista device, pour the coffee, add 1 ice cube, close the lid. Choose the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
- Pour the Iced Nitro coffee gently in glass, over the mixture.
- Add a nice branch of non-treated mint leave on top.

Iced Coconut Vanilla Mint Mocktail - Style
Ingredients
Barista Large Recipe Glasses
1 capsule - 230 ml | Vertuo Coconut Vanilla Over Ice
Barista Milk Frother
6 | Nespresso Ice Cubes
1 | Mint Sprig
15ml | Vanilla Syrup
100ml | Coconut Water
How to make
- In a large Barista Mixologist Glass, put 6 Nespresso ice cubes. Add 3 fresh mint leaves and 15ml of Vanilla syrup.
- Pour 100ml of Milk into the glass.You can also use Coconut Water instead of Milk, preferably.
- In a separate cup, extract 80ml of Coconut Vanilla Flavour Over Ice (230ml), using the "Coffee Creations Mode" of your Vertuo machine. To do this, press twice on the button of your machine until the light turns turquoise.
- In a Barista device, pour the coffee, add 1 ice cube, close the lid. Choose the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
- Pour the Iced Nitro coffee gently in the Barista Mixologist Glass, over the mixture.
- Add a nice branch of non-treated mint leave on top.
