Nespresso Plus Program, you can enjoy free packaging fee on coffee orders of more than 60 capsules per order if you have received a discount from purchasing a VERTUO coffee machine or more than 80 capsules per order if you have received a discount from purchasing an ORIGINAL coffee machine.
*Benefits only apply when purchasing a coffee machine through Nespresso Plus Program.
*The requirement for a total of 12 coffee orders must be completed within 24 months from the date
purchasing the coffee
machin through Nespresso Plus Program.
*Each Nespresso Club member can only apply for the NESPRESSO PLUS Program once.
Yes. If you purchase a coffee machine through Nespresso Plus Program and purchase coffees over 60 capsules per order, you can receive Nespresso Plus benefit and other coffee benefits which is subjected to the terms and conditions of those specific offers or promotions.
Each coffee machine in Nespresso Plus Program has a predetermined discount rate per order. So additional discounts cannot be applied.
The Nespresso Plus Program is eligible for customer to purchase 1 machine per 1 account.
Your coffee discount will expire within 24 months after you enroll in the
Nespresso Plus Program.
After 24 months, any unused coffee discounts will no longer be valid, and they can not be exchanged to
cash, other products
and be transferred to another person.

available every business day 8.00 - 19.00.
Nespresso Plus program is always on. If you want to receive a flat-rate discount for your coffee orders, you can apply any time
Unfortunately, Nespresso Plus Program is only applied once per account. Accounts that have already purchased with the Nespresso Plus Program are not eligible for the same benefits.
There will be no impact on your benefits that you have purchased. Your benefits will be under the conditions that applied at that time.
Terms & Conditions
- To apply for the NESPRESSO PLUS Program, you must be a member of the Nespresso Club. Each Nespresso Club member can only apply for the NESPRESSO PLUS Program once by purchasing specified Nespresso machines at full price.
- Customers will receive a total of 12 coffee discounts.
- The discounts can be used once per month and are valid for 24 months from the date of registration in the NESPRESSO PLUS Program. The discounts are applicable only if:
(1) Customer purchases a minimum of 60 capsules per order if Customer has received a discount from purchasing a VERTUO coffee machine, or
(2) Customer purchases a minimum of 80 capsules per order if Customer has received a discount from purchasing an ORIGINAL coffee machine. - The coffee capsule discount provided under the NESPRESSO PLUS Program can’t be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or promotions when purchasing coffee capsules.
- Nespresso reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for any purchases made under the NESPRESSO PLUS Program if any benefits of the package have been used.
