Iced Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Vertuo Peppermint Pinwheel coffee
  • 60ml Fresh Milk
  • 10ml Chocolate Sauce
  • 10ml Wild Mint Syrup
  • Edible Sprinkles
  • 60g Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Add 10ml of Chocolate Sauce and 5ml of Wild Mint Syrup into a Vertuo Gran Lungo glass.
  2. Extract 80ml of Peppermint Pinwheel (using Expert mode) and mix well.
  3. Add 60g of ice cubes.
  4. Pour 60ml of cold milk and froth into the glass (made with an Aeroccino).
  5. Garnish with edible sprinkles.
