HOW DOES THE ‘PRE:LOVED’ HOME TRIAL WORK?
Simply purchase a 50-capsule assortment and we will deliver a PRE:LOVED coffee machine to your doorstep, at no additional cost. Once the trial is up after 30 days, we will arrange a collection for the trial machine and it’s entirely your choice whether you would like to purchase a brand new machine to continue your Nespresso experience.
PRE:LOVED coffee machines go through a rigorous cleaning and inspection process at our facilities in Singapore, before arriving at your home.

This machine is delivered to your doorstep, at no charge, ready for to be your coffee companion for the next 30 days! At the end of the 30-days, you can call our Coffee Specialist to either return the machine or purchase a new one for continued coffee enjoyment.

How can I participate in the Nespresso Trial Machine program?

Simply purchase a 50-capsule assortment (Original/Vertuo) for you to be eligible for the Nespresso Trial Machine program.
Step 2
Nespresso will deliver your chosen coffee and your trial Nespresso machine directly to your doorstep, at your convenience for free. The PRE:LOVED machine will be yours to trial for a period of 30 calendar days.
*All trial machines under this program are PRE:LOVED Nespresso machines that have been refurbished, carefully inspected, cleaned, and repaired.
Step 3
Our coffee specialist will contact you by phone on the third week of your Nespresso trial machine program, where you will be given the option to purchase a brand-new Nespresso machine of your choice if you enjoyed your experience. Should you choose to proceed with purchase, a brand-new machine will be seamlessly delivered to your home, replacing the trial machine.
However, if you find that the trial machine did not meet your expectations, there is absolutely no obligations to make a purchase. We will arrange for a collection for the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machine with no questions asked.

Am I able to select my preferred model and color from the Nespresso Trial Machine program?
You will not be able to select the colour of the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machine from this program. However, you will be able to select a machine model and colour of your choice should you choose to purchase a machine at the end of the 30 days trial period.
How long is the Nespresso Trial Machine Program period?
The trial is offered for 30 calendar days.
What if I lose or damage the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machine?
As per the terms and conditions, you will be liable for up to $339 in the event of loss or damage of the machine. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions.
I love the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machine. Can I purchase it?
This program is about taking circularity to the next level through meticulous care to allow machines that have been loved to be repurposed to allow more coffee lovers to try our coffee. Therefore, the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machine is not available for purchase. However, you will be given the option to purchase a brand new Nespresso machine of your choice at the end of the 30 days trial period.
Are the PRE:LOVED Nespresso machines clean?
Your safety and experience are of utmost importance to us. Each PRE:LOVED machine undergoes careful review, cleaning, and maintenance by trained Nespresso technicians, adhering to stringent quality standards. This ensures that every machine that we send out are ready to brew the perfect cup of coffee.

What are PRE:LOVED Nespresso machines and where did they come from?
A PRE:LOVED machine is a Nespresso machine that has been returned to Nespresso from customers after a machine upgrade or are machines that were used previously at our events, and has been given a second life. After being returned to Nespresso, these machines are carefully assessed to see if they can be refurbished. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, cleaned, maintained & tested.
What should I do if I encounter issues with the PRE:LOVED machine?
Every machine is stringently tested to ensure it is fit for use and brews the perfect Nespresso coffee. Should you, however, experience any difficulties, please contact our Customer Relations center at 800 852 3525 or engage in a live chat on Nespresso.com and we will be glad to assist you.
How many times can I participate in the Nespresso Trial Machine program?
Only New Customers who have not registered with us or have a prior account with us. Each delivery address as stated in the New Member’s registration details is allowed to participate only once in this program i.e., each household and the relevant New Member may only participate once in this program, even if there are other unregistered people in the household who subsequently register.
Is it possible to trial more than 1 type of machine during the Nespresso Trial Machine program period?
No. Each user is only entitled to one trial machine and currently available options are limited to Vertuo Pop and Inissia. However, if you are interested in the other machines, you may visit our Boutique for a demo, contact our Customer Relations center at 800 852 3525 or engage in a live chat on Nespresso.com and we will be glad to assist you.
Why did I receive the Vertuo Pop when I checked out Original and Vertuo capsules.
If you select the Original 50-capsule assortment, an Original Inissia coffee machine will be dispatched to you. Similarly, if you select a Vertuo 50-capsule assortment, a Vertuo Pop coffee machine will be sent to you.
In the scenario where both Original and Vertuo 50-capsule assortments are selected during checkout, the trial machine provided will be the Vertuo Pop as each user is entitled to 1 trial machine only.
