If there is no straightforward solution, we will suggest a practical alternative, such as ordering a descaling kit or having the Nespresso machine inspected by a technican.
Nespresso Assistance Package*:
If your machine requires repair, we offer the Nespresso Assistance Package which includes:
- The collection of your Nespresso machine from your home or an address of your choice
- The loan of a Nespresso machine for the repair period (subject to availability and excludes Aeroccino milk frothers)
- Repair of your Nespresso machine and a full check of its components
- Return of your Nespresso machine to the same collection address
- A further 6-months repair warranty after the return of your Nespresso machine

Repairs will be undertaken on Nespresso branded machines. Free service only for genuine Nespresso machines still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and purchased in the country where the repair is undertaken.
For genuine Nespresso machines not covered by warranty, an all-inclusive fee will be offerered. Repair includes an extended 6-months warranty. The benefits given to you by the warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies of the consumer under law in relation to the goods to which warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Singapore Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods reparied or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Flat fee rates apply if the Nespresso machine is no longer under warranty. Check the terms and conditions with the Nespresso Club.
