Q: My machine does not switch on.
A: Check the power cord and fuses are intact.

Q: My coffee is not warm enough.
A: Preheat your cups and descale machine.

Q: My coffee is not extracting.
A: Clean and descale if necessary.

Q: There is leakage in capsule area.
A: Clean the capsule holder and ensure the capsule is inserted correctly.

Q: There is no hot water or steam coming from my machine.
A: Clean and descale if necessary.

Q: My milk does not froth.
A: Clean the Aeroccino (frothing machine) by rinsing it with warm water and using a teflon approved cloth/scourer after each use. You can also try changing the brand and style of milk you are using as the amount of protein content in milk can affect its frothing abilities. We recommend using semi-skimmed milk for a better froth consistency.

Q: There is no water flow.
A: Fill the water tank and make sure it is correctly inserted.
